1. Consumer law compliance (important)
Wodamo operates internationally. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.
Where local consumer laws provide rights that are greater than this policy, those laws take precedence.
2. Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

deciding you no longer want the item

ordering the wrong item

finding the product cheaper elsewhere

delays caused by customs or international shipping
This applies unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item is:

faulty

damaged in transit

not what you ordered
please contact sales@wodamo.com.au as soon as possible and include:

your order number

a description of the issue

clear photos or video showing the problem and packaging
Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

a replacement

a repair
-
a refund (full or partial)
The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the issue and applicable consumer laws.
4. Timeframes for reporting issues
To help us resolve issues quickly, please notify us:

Transit damage: within 48 hours of delivery

Faults: within a reasonable time after discovering the issue
These timeframes do not reduce any statutory consumer rights.
5. Approved returns – conditions
If a return is approved:

items must be returned in original condition

all accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

items must not show excessive wear or misuse
If returned items are used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce or refuse a refund where permitted by law.
6. Non-returnable items (unless faulty or required by law)
We do not accept returns for:

gift cards

digital products or downloads

clearance or final-sale items (if marked at purchase)

personalised or custom-made products
-
items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
7. EU, EEA & UK customers – right of withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, email sales@wodamo.com.au within 14 days of delivery with:

a clear statement that you wish to cancel
Important notes:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided

Certain items (such as personalised goods) may be exempt from this right
8. International shipping, duties & taxes

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error

Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges are set by your country and are not controlled by Wodamo

These charges are generally non-refundable
9. Refund processing
If a refund is approved:

refunds are issued to the original payment method

processing occurs within 10 business days after approval or receipt of returned goods

banks or payment providers may take additional time to finalise the refund
10. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion where practical. In most cases, placing a new order is the fastest option.
11. Chargebacks & disputes
If there is an issue with your order, please contact sales@wodamo.com.au first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay resolution.
