1. Shipping locations

 


Wodamo ships to most countries worldwide. Available destinations, shipping options, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.


Some regions may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or logistical limitations.

 


 

 

2. Order processing time

 

Australia 

  • Processing: 1–2 business days • Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • International • Processing: 2–3 business days • Delivery: 7–21 business days (country dependent)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

 

 


 

 

3. Estimated delivery times

 


Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimates provided at checkout are not guarantees and may be affected by:

 

  • customs inspections

  • local carrier delays

  • weather or peak periods

  • public holidays

 


Wodamo is not responsible for delays outside our control.

 


 

 

4. Shipping costs

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • destination

  • parcel size and weight

  • selected shipping method

  • optional shipping protection (if chosen)

 

 


 

 

5. Optional shipping protection (loss & damage cover)

 


At checkout, customers may choose to add Optional Shipping Protection for US$45.


 

What this covers:

 

 

  • loss of the parcel in transit

  • damage during shipping

  • theft where carrier confirmation is available

 


If shipping protection is purchased and an eligible issue occurs, Wodamo will:

 

  • replace the item or

  • provide a refund, at our discretion

 


 

If shipping protection is

not

purchased:

 

 

  • once an order has been dispatched and tracking is provided, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, except where required by law

  • Wodamo may assist with carrier enquiries but is not obligated to replace or refund lost or damaged shipments

 


This does not affect any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer laws.

 


 

 

6. Customs duties, taxes & import fees

 


International orders may be subject to:

 

  • import duties

  • VAT/GST

  • customs clearance or brokerage fees

 


These charges:

 

  • are set by the destination country

  • are not included in Wodamo prices unless stated

  • are the customer’s responsibility

 


Wodamo is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by customs authorities.

 


 

 

7. Incorrect address or failed delivery

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If a parcel is:

 

  • returned due to an incorrect address

  • unclaimed

  • refused by the recipient

 


additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 


 

 

8. Tracking & delivery confirmation

 


All orders include tracking once dispatched.


Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

 


 

 

9. Damaged parcels on arrival

 


If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

 

  • photograph the packaging before opening

  • contact sales@wodamo.com.au within 48 hours of delivery

 


Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

 


 

 

10. Lost parcels

 


If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us. Investigation timeframes depend on the carrier and destination.


Shipping protection (if purchased) must be active for loss claims to be eligible.
